** Do not put a check mark in the “Enable Server Configuration Changes” box.  This could damage your setup and your access to exams and reports.

WORKLIST

If you are a referring Provider that has ordered an exam, it will be “Auto-sent” to your worklist and automatically downloaded to your workstation.  (If you choose these options in the configuration of your program.)

If this option is enabled, a CoActiv Exam Sender® box will pop up in the lower Rt. Hand corner of your screen to alert you that there is a new exam ready to be viewed.

BOLD lettering denotes exams that have not been read or do not have a final report yet.
If the final report has been approved, you will see the report icon attached in front of the Pt’s name.  (Column “R”)

You may highlight the exam you wish to see and click “VIEW” at the bottom of the screen, or just Double-Click on the selected exam.  The exam images will open in the Viewer with the “View Report” box in the bottom left hand corner.

If you wish view just the report, just click once on the report icon and the written report will open.

You have the option to have exams automatically removed from your Worklist, (see configuration page instructions) or you can manually remove them at any time by highlighting the exam and clicking on “Remove” at the bottom of the screen.

You can also send an exam to any authorized user by highlighting the Exam and clicking on “Send” at the bottom of the page.  A box with registered users will appear, just check the Provider you are looking for and click “OK”.

SEARCH TAB

You may “Search” for any patient that is or has been assigned to your “Personal Exam List”.  (Any exam that was ordered by you or that has been “sent” to you by another Provider.)  If you are a consulting Provider and wish to view an exam ordered by another Provider, you must enable “Unrestricted Full Search”.  You must have a minimum of 2 letters to search.  Enter all or part of the patients last name, however if you wish to add the patient’s first name, you must enter the entire last name, then comma, and then all or part of the first name.  The system may ask for the patient’s date of birth if there are multiple similar entries.

Each time the “Unrestricted Full Search” is activated, the HIPAA Disclaimer will pop-up.  You must agree to the terms to enable search.  All activity is logged by the system.  (User Logs are generated by Login names and permissions.)

You have many options to search for in regards to the Date of Service.  You may use the Preset Tabs: “Today”,Past 2 Days”, and “Past Week”.  You may also enter a specific date or date range using the calendar boxes, or just click on the “All Dates” box.  If you check “All Dates”, be sure to enter all or most of the patient’s name to reduce the number of matches.  The system will notify you if there are over 300 matches and will suggest that you limit the search further.

You can also limit the amount of “matches” by using the Filters.
        FILTERS

Filters can be setup and enabled on both the “Worklist” and “Search” Tabs.  The feature looks the same on each page.

ScreenshotActive Modality Filters are:
        MR – MRI (MRA,MRCP)
        CT – Cat Scan
        US – Ultrasound
        CR – Computed Radiography
